Watton Wheelers Cycling Club
Watton Wheelers is a small and friendly cycling club based in Watton at Stone in Hertfordshire, but with members from all across the county and beyond.
We ride on Sundays and Wednesday mornings and in the Summer also on Thursday evening. We usually ride from Watton, but we also have fairly regular club rides based out of the area and weekends away. We have travelled to places, such as Shropshire, The North Downs and Rutland amongst others. To see details of all our rides take a look at our rides calendar. The club caters for all ages and abilities. Our rides vary from leisurely rides through the Hertfordshire countryside to black run mountain bike rides in Wales.
We don't just cycle, the club also has a strong social element and we organise events, such as barbecues and even a Summer Ball (which is usually a sell out so book early).
Membership is open to anyone and you can even join online. There is no need to sign up right away as you are welcome to join us on a couple of rides to see if the club is for you.
